​Located on the 1st floor, the "Wave" master bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, closet space, private master bathroom, and a walk out patio. 

The Landing

​The "Landing" is located on the 3rd floor.  This second master bedroom features a Queen size bed, dresser, closet space, and private master bathroom. 

The Cove

The "Cove" features a Full and Twin size bunk bed and storage space.  This room is conveniently located on the second floor next to the living room, perfect to keep an eye on the kids, yet still giving them a private space of their own.  A half bathroom is right around the corner for easy access.

​HappyNest features an open floorplan on the second floor with a fully equipped kitchen, wine bar, dining area that seats up to 8, living room with gas fireplace, and more!
